Volunteer Position: Blog Editor

Position Summary:

The Volunteer Blog Editor is dedicated to advancing the Planetary Sunshade mission by creating content that reaches and engages our readers. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the blog’s reach, finding stories and news to share with our audience, and creating content that accurately reflects our mission.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop content for the Planetary Sunshade blog, including finding stories and relevant news to share with our readers.

• Work with the Planetary Sunshade team to determine the overall direction of the blog and coordinate content topics.

• Brainstorm ideas and write blog posts that promote and advance the Planetary Sunshade mission.

• Assist in developing and managing the blog editorial calendar.

• Monitor comments and respond to reader feedback in a timely manner.

• Proven writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms, web design, and content management systems.
